Shonaleigh came to Totnes in May 2013 and enthralled a audience of 70+ people with tales of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba in the Golden Labyrinth
The Red Alachigh went to Respect for the first time in June – perfect weather, lots of people, storytelling and crafts in the tent and lots of interest in the Red Alachigh & its work.

We were able to have this gathering in the tent in glorious sunshine. It was a special day.
Red Alachigh Visioning Day
Council Day, Totnes – 11th August 2013
The Red Alachigh Council were able to spend a whole day in the tent to meditate, vision and share dreams for the tent over the coming year. We agreed to meet on the dark of the moon for the next 13 moons as preparation for offering this to a wider group perhaps the next year.
British Awards for Storytelling Excellence
Awards ceremony, ? – 12th October the Red Alachigh was nominated for Outstanding Community Project at the British Awards for Storytelling Excellence (BASE). We were pipped at the post by Open Storytellers Frome, but it was a great evening.
